Karen's   WOW Story:

My path to become a weight loss coach became clear when I was quite young.  At the age of 12 I tried my first diet and failed.  I continued to try anything and everything to lose weight but by the time I finished high school I was still 50 pounds overweight with no boyfriends. 

I eventually lost enough weight in my mid-twenties to wear "normal-sized" clothing;  however, the never-ending  obsession

 with weight always lingered in my life. Up, down; lose, gain -- over and over again. Deep down I knew there had to be something more than just going on a diet and I made it my mission to figure out  what it was.

 It took years working as a hairdresser, listening to client's problems about weight leading to health issues. It became increasingly evident to me that self-sabotage and guilt were never-ending themes manifesting negative results for us all. This spurred me on to learn more about changing my focus and therefore changing my own life.

When I think back to January of 2001, when I joined Weight Watchers for the second time (I had previously lost 60 pounds in 1982 at Weight Watchers), one of the things that comes to mind was the visualization I did. At the time, I wasn't aware that visualization was a tool of the Law of Attraction. Each week I sat in my Wednesday morning meeting and visualized myself at my goal weight and being a Leader at Weight Watchers. My visualization became so strong I could see myself up front of the group teaching them tips and tools to reach their goals just   as my leader at the time was doing. I knew what I would be wearing, how it would feel, what I would look like, etc. This tool of visualization became part of my everyday life. I told the members, receptionists and leaders what I wanted to do.

This is where the Law of Attraction comes in. All of my thoughts were focused on reaching my goal and helping others do the same, so it didn't surprise me when I reached my goal weight on December 18th, 2001. The Weight Watchers training   was to start on January 3rd - so I had reached my goal at the perfect time. I had to first train to be a receptionist and then follow with Leader training. By the time I had finished all of my training a meeting opened up on Fridays, where I happened   to  have free time. Not six months later the meeting on Wednesday mornings at 10:00, the one I attended during my weight loss, was offered to me. I went on to coach at Weight Watchers for 7 years.

This is the power of visualization. The Law of Attraction responds to what you give your attention, energy and focus to. Having strong emotion, and clarity, around my vision was one of the reasons why I received precisely what I wanted. (Continued at Right)

Visualization is a powerful tool to use - and there are many more tools in the "Law of Attraction tool box" to guide you on the path of well- being, happiness and good health. 

These new experiences lead me down the path of coaching individuals and  facilitating workshops. I began to understand how the subconscious mind and the  Law of Attraction affect weight loss. Today, I know that the missing link in the weight loss industry starts with unlocking the habitual mind [which is our subconscious mind] first; yes diet and exercise are the external part of weight loss, however first and foremost you have to start internally, with the subconscious.

 I am now fiercely committed to coaching career oriented, professional women who are frustrated and stuck around poor results from yo-yo dieting for years. Women who want to achieve a fuller and more satisfying lifestyle. To not only look great and feel energetic, but also become more visible and outgoing in the workplace and can be recognized as a valuable, highly motivated professional; To become the best version of themselves in all areas of their lives.

 
My 10 years of experience working a solo entrepreneurs, women in the corporate world, public speakers and women who have had a career change, I have found they all have similar worries and concerns and has guided them to remarkable success. In helping them I am passionate about my mission is to create a simple, permanent and easy solution for others to enjoy a healthy lifestyle and feel fantastic.
